Returns and Exchanges

Return Items

Start a return request on any item. Send an email to outfit@realdreadhead.com and be sure to add this information:

• Name used to place order
• Email used to place order
• Order Number on invoice
• Item Name Title
• Reason for return/ exchange: sizing, etc.

Please allow max 3 business days to review your request. Once approved, return instructions will be sent and refunds will be processed and returned to you within 7 business days after you return is accepted. Again, please feel free to Contact us anytime if you have any questions during the return!

Exchange Items

For a exchange request, follow the same above process.
